The road to success is a lonely road.

Not because people don’t like you.
But because the moment you decide you want more, things start to shift.

Your priorities change.
Your habits change.
The way you spend your time changes.

While everyone else is comfortable at the same barbecues, the same routines, the same conversations, you are somewhere in between who you used to be and who you are becoming.

And that place can feel lonely.

People will ask you, “Why do you work so much?”
“Why can’t you just relax?”
“Why not be like everyone else?”

But they don’t see the vision you see.

The truth is, on the road to building something bigger you will probably want to quit at least once a year. Maybe more. The pressure, the doubt, and the growth will stretch you in ways most people will never understand.

But if you stay the course, the shifts that happen financially, emotionally, and mentally can change your life forever.

So if you are feeling lonely on the journey right now, you are probably on the right road.

We’re so excited to announce that at the end of this month One Heart At A Time will be hosting a special event for young girls ages 16 to 18 at Tenderly’s Boutique. The goal is simple. We want to listen. We want to learn what these young ladies truly need so we can better serve them and support our community. 💛

We’ll be doing a little shopping and a lot of talking.

If you own a boutique and would like to collaborate or host something similar, we would love to connect. Our mission is to help build confidence, mindset, and support for the next generation of young women.

Programming doesn’t always look like control. Sometimes it looks like normal life.
The belief we inherit.
The fears we absorb.
The systems we trust without questioning.

Over time, we forget where those ideas even came from and we start believing they were always ours.

My book explores what happens when we begin questioning the programming and remembering who we really are.

Question for you: what is one belief you once accepted without question but later realized might not be true?

Today was one of those simple, beautiful days at the park with family. The sun was shining, the laughter was real, and for a little while the world slowed down.

It reminded me of something important: life moves fast. We get busy with work, responsibilities, and the endless to-do lists. But the moments that truly matter are the ones spent with the people we love.

Put the phone down. Be present. Give your loved ones your undivided attention. Listen to their stories, laugh with them, watch them play, and soak in the little moments.

Because the truth is… tomorrow isn’t promised.
What we have is today. And today is a beautiful day to love the people who mean the most. ❤️

There is nothing more powerful than believing in yourself.

Not the kind of belief that comes when everything is going right… but the kind that shows up when things are uncertain, when people doubt you, and when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.

Self-belief is what turns setbacks into lessons.
It’s what gives you the courage to take risks, chase dreams, and keep going when others would quit.

The truth is, the world will reflect back to you what you believe about yourself.
If you believe you are capable, resilient, and worthy of success, you will start showing up differently. You’ll take the opportunities you once talked yourself out of.

Every great achievement started with someone who simply believed they could.

So if you’re waiting for a sign, this is it.
Believe in yourself. Bet on yourself. Trust your path.

Because once you truly believe in who you are and what you’re capable of… there’s very little that can stop you

This is Punch the Monkey.

He was abandoned by his mother and left alone. So the zookeepers gave him a stuffed animal to hold for comfort.

And watching him cling to it reminds you of something simple but powerful.

No matter who we are.
Human or animal.
Strong or struggling.

We all just want the same thing.

To feel safe.
To feel seen.
To feel loved.
