To hold it in my hands, to flip through the pages, to smell the fresh print, and to see my words come to life… it’s surreal. What once lived in my thoughts, my heart, and my quiet moments is now something real, something I can touch.

This journey has stretched me, taught me, and pushed me to grow in ways I never expected. Every step brought me closer to becoming a braver, more aligned version of myself—and this book is a reflection of that.

I am beyond excited… and so ready to share this with all of you.

Today was something truly special 💫

Being able to pour into our local teen girls filled my heart in a way that’s hard to put into words. We each shared a little piece of our story, why this matters to us, why we show up, and how much we genuinely want to connect with and support these young women.

There’s something powerful about being in community… about creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and valued. And today, they leaned in, opened up, and embraced every moment. 🫶

They had the best time—connecting, laughing, and even discovering some amazing finds at Tenderly’s Boutique 🛍️✨

✨ Our very first Threads of Confidence event for One Hear At A Time Foundation was everything we hoped for… and more. ✨

The girls showed up with open hearts, open minds, and the courage to be real. 💛 They connected, they shared, they laughed and most importantly, they reminded each other that they are never alone.

From meaningful conversations to moments of pure joy, you could feel the power of community in the room. The smiles, the honesty, the support… it was something truly special.

And the gift bags were definitely a hit too. 🎁✨

We’re so proud of each and every girl who showed up fully and authentically. This is just the beginning… and they’re already counting down to the next one.
