So what is the third eye to the Asian, Zen and Buddhist communities? The third eye is an imaginary or spiritual eye that can be found in between our two physical eyes. It is considered the center of our intuition or what can be thought of as our gut instinct. It is also associated to the evil or the all-seeing eye that is seen in the Arab world on bracelets, anklets and necklaces although I don't know much about that. As mentioned in past reels, the essential oil of palo santo or even smudging palo santo is good for opening up one's intuition.
