Dear Friends and Family, I would love to introduce you to our newest member, Malina Flores!! Starting August 1st, we have an amazing talented beautiful young lady joining our team!! Please follow her at to see her fabulous work of art!! She’ll be working in Chance’s station Monday to Wednesday between the hours of 3:30pm to 9:00pm. Eventually, she’ll be able to work full days by September depending on her schedule.

“When I first did a full face of makeup on myself to when I got my first lash set to even my first facial, I remember how beautiful and good I felt. The confidence boost it gave me. I want to help others feel the same & feel comfortable in their own skin. I’m not only a lash artist but I also like to draw and paint. Doing lash extensions is like art for me, I find it therapeutic. My little escape from reality at times.

My goal working with ATPR is to learn from my peers, gain more experience, expand and grow. Potentially becoming an instructor or mentor for another lash technician who wants to do the same. Aside from being a lash tech, I also want to provide other services such as waxing and facials once I have more availability to offer in my schedule.”

Experience: 2x certified, specialty is creating custom lash sets, quick and gentle with her hands.

From what I see, she wear many hats. Homegirl can’t be great at one thing and live her life like everyone else, but has to be great at EVEEERRYYYYTTHHIIINGGG!!! I’m not exaggerating. [period] We no longer ask google for help, “hey, Devin” 😂 I gave up on doing my own research because Devin will not only agree to what I find but add additional information that google didn’t share 🤦🏻‍♀️. When people ask me about skincare regimen, by the way, have you not seen my skin?? I don’t want to try to explain in fear that I would say the wrong things. Devin with over 10 years experience in skincare can answer your question, here’s her number 😊. When Devin first joined our team, I was a bit hesitant about her in the beginning because I felt like she was sharing more than what I anticipated with what should be done to the shop and how to do it. People might take it as overstepping, but with Devin, I appreciate that she explains the why. And I’m sure many of you guys would agree with me. After giving birth to her 4th son, Devin’s life has been on the go, nonstop moving around, picking up the kids at 3 different schools, nursing Bruce on the side, answering clients questions, doing this all with a smile, and she manages to cook! I’m exhausted just writing about her lol In conclusion, dm or text her, she gotchu from house projects, janitorial, decorations, saging you, life coaching, exercise programs, nutrition, motherhood, relationships problems, situationships problems, finding great deals on OfferUp, finding limited edition luxury goods, selling your things for you with no commission, very generous, nothing but amazing karma coming to her!! Move out the way, she’s coming by fast with her new jeep! Tear is a Licensed Cosmetologist for over 14 years! What I love about Tear is that she’ll be the 10th person to say yes when you a model to practice on. She keeps it real with you while making sure she is safe 😂 I was pregnant with Eloise by then and I knew it will be hectic to juggle a business, full time job, and kids. As I was giving Tear a fill, I asked her if she ever consider doing lashes with us, told her if there’s more people, we’ll turn the family room into a studio at the house. Her response was, “I guess.” I didn’t know how to take it, was she saying yes because she wants to help me with the business or yes she wants to learn and start a side hustle? Either way, she said yes 🙌🏼 Her side hustle became her main source of income 6 months after training, the best thing that happened to her and she left her full time job involuntary with a story that nobody could top her 🤣 She’s now discovering the world and living life to the fullest! “Life doesn’t get easier or more forgiving, we get stronger and resilient.” Is who Tear is. She keeps going.
