Pelvic pain is not “all in your head.”
But your nervous system is involved — and that matters.
Pain is real.
Your body isn’t broken.
It’s learned a pattern of protection that hasn’t turned off yet.
When we work with breath, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation, those patterns can change — and pain can change with them.
If you want guidance and support, I offer a 90-minute Pelvic Floor Reset Intensive and a 4-week Pelvic Pain Reset group starting soon.
💬 DM me RESET or INTENSIVE and I’ll send you the info.
You’re not imagining this. And you don’t have to go through it alone 💛

If your pelvic floor feels tight, painful, or constantly clenched…
more squeezing isn’t the answer.

Tight muscles are usually overworked, not weak.
Stress, breath-holding, posture, and fear can all keep the pelvic floor stuck in protection mode.

Healing starts with safety, coordination, and learning how to let go — not forcing more Kegels.

If this resonates, I’m opening a Pelvic Pain Reset in January where we focus on calming, releasing, and retraining the pelvic floor gently.

💬 DM me or comment RESET and I’ll send you the details.

You’re not broken — your body is trying to protect you 💛

If s*x, tampons, or pelvic exams hurt — your body is speaking, and it deserves to be heard.
Pain down there is common, but never normal.*

Tension, hormones, scar tissue, dryness, or an overactive pelvic floor can all cause pain — and every single one of those is treatable with the right support.

You don’t have to push through it. You don’t have to ‘just deal with it.’
A pelvic floor physical therapist can help you heal safely, gently, and at your own pace.

You deserve comfort.
You deserve confidence.
You deserve pleasure without pain. ❤️

Let’s Talk About P**p 💩 (Your Pelvic Floor Will Thank You)

If you’re straining to p**p — your pelvic floor is not happy.
A healthy bowel movement means relaxation, not pushing.
Try this: feet on a stool, lean forward, deep breath, and let the pelvic floor relax.

Constipation isn’t a personality trait — it’s a treatable issue!
Your gut and your pelvic floor are teammates. 🧻✨

Do you ever find it hard to make real lasting changes? That's because routine and habit account for 95% of everything we do. You have to take each small step at a time and celebrate your wins along the way. Here is your reminder for today to come back to whatever habit you have been trying to change. Today is a new day.

Change isn't just willpower—it's about breaking free from the familiar. Small steps lead to big transformations.

✨ Struggling to make real change stick?
You’re not broken. You’re just stuck on the runway.
Here’s the truth ⬇️

🚀 Change is like getting a plane off the ground—
The hardest part is the takeoff.
Once you’re in the air, momentum carries you.

💥 Most of us know what we “should” be doing…
But knowing isn’t the same as doing.
Real transformation takes repetition, patience, and grace.

🧠 Try this mantra:
“Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.”
Repeat it. Believe it. Live it.
