A huge shoutout to Allan and Evan for earning their Arrow of Light and officially crossing over to Scouting America!

From their first days as Cub Scouts—learning new skills, making friends, and tackling every challenge with enthusiasm—to this incredible milestone, they’ve shown dedication, perseverance, and true Scout spirit. Their journey has been filled with adventure, leadership, and growth, and we know they’re ready for the exciting road ahead in BSA Troop 205 Long Beach, MS!

A special thank you to their families, who have supported them every step of the way, from Pinewood Derby races to campouts and everything in between. Scouting is a team effort, and these Scouts are lucky to have such an amazing support system!

🌱 Cub Scout Pack 321 Garden Day Recap! 🌱

Whew, we're exhausted and have had a hard weekend of gardening at St. Thomas! Our Pack families came together to plan, plant, and grow something special over the last few days (and had to be flexible with the occasionally dicey weather).

A huge thank you to the Olguin and Waguespack families for their leadership and hard work, and to Beatline Nursery for their generous plant donations! We also almost doubled the original size of our plan thanks to an unexpected addition by the Fairley family. All of you took the idea of "above and beyond" and just kept going! Because of these efforts, our Scouts had the chance to dig in, learn, and make a real impact.

Going forward, our dens will take turns caring for the Irish Garden at St. Thomas, learning firsthand what it takes to grow food while giving back. This is a wonderful opportunity for our Scouts to embrace responsibility, teamwork, and service—core values of Cub Scouting!

💙💛 Pack 321 Blue & Gold Celebration! 💛💙

What a night! Our Blue & Gold Ceremony was a fantastic celebration of Scouting, marking a significant milestone in our year. We came together to honor our Scouts' achievements, enjoy great company, and reflect on the adventure that is Cub Scouting!

A huge thank you to Shelly Smith and Kayla Fennern for their hard work in putting together such a special event! From the decorations to the details, they made it a night to remember.

And, most importantly, thank you to our incredible Scout families. The time, energy, and dedication you pour into Scouting make all of this possible. Every event, every meeting, every loop earned—it all happens because of your commitment to helping our kids grow into strong, capable, and kind young people.

Of course, we had a little extra fun too—our top popcorn sellers got the honor of pie-ing our Cubmaster in the face! 🥧😆 Definitely a moment to remember!

We’re also getting acclimated with this Facebook group and look forward to sharing more about what our Scouts are working on and doing throughout the year. Stay tuned—there’s plenty more adventure ahead!

Make sure everyone is signing up for the Fall Family Camp!!!!

This year’s Fall Family Camp will be rocket themed & we have so much fun in store! This is a Council sponsored event which means ANY Cub Scout & their family are welcome to attend for a weekend full of BB guns, slingshots, archery, crafts, games, & more!
When: October 19th – 20th
Where: Camp Tiak - L.O. Crosby Scout Reservation

A few helpful reminders & time savers are listed for you below:
• This event tends to sell out each year so if you are planning to attend it is best to sign up and pay as soon as possible!
• To save time at check-in please print the health form and fill one out for EACH family member that will be attending. Youth and adults. Even if you filled one out in the spring, we need another one to have at check-in for this event. ***Pro Tip – fill one out for each family member and scan and email it to yourself so that you have it saved and can just print, sign, update if needed, and turn in each time it is needed.
• Have your Cub Scouts show up in whatever they want to wear but make sure to bring their uniform for supper time.
• Wear comfy shoes – there will be lots of walking!
• Bring cash for the trading post – there will be snacks, drinks, t-shirts, & more available for purchase.
• NEW THIS YEAR: We are offering the option to pay for a sack lunch (1 Hamburger, 1 bag of chips, 1 cookie, & 1 bottle of water) that you can pick up during the lunch period of the day. Pick up location will be announced at a later time, and we will tell you at event check-in as well! If you do not wish to pay for a sack lunch, you are welcome to bring your own or make other arrangements for lunch on Saturday.
• We provide supper on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday morning.
• There will be a trailer that carries your gear back to your campsite for you if needed but try to pack light! A beach type wagon is perfect to put all your gear in if you want to take your stuff to your campsite yourself.
• Have fun!!!
• We do camp site & group assignments for this event the week of. You will be camping & be going around the activity stations with other people in your unit & your district.
• If you choose to rent one of our tents – It is an open-air tent on a platform with 2 cots and room on the floor in the middle.
• If no one else in your Pack is coming to family camp, you can still attend. This is a council event so all Cub Scouts and their families are welcome.
• Saturday night there will be a campfire for everyone in attendance. Here, we give the Scouts the opportunity to perform a skit as a pack or den! You can have them start thinking about what they want to do now & start practicing!
We can’t wait to see you all at check-in on Saturday, October 19th starting at 7:00 am!

The Arrow of Light (AOL) den crossed over tonight and became Boy Scouts as part of BSA Troop 205 Long Beach, MS. Four young men worked hard and earned their rank and are ready to begin the next phase of their journey to become Eagle Scouts! Webelos from Pack 321 with the assistance of scouts from Troop 316 and Girl Scout Troop 4578 visit the nursing home to earn their Aware and Care adventure.
