Just walking distance from the Long Beach Convention Center lies a 2,000-square-foot oasis and two-time MyFoxLA Hot List winner. The historic downtown building features a private outside patio and four separate treatment rooms where therapists perform a variety of massages, scrubs, wraps, and soaks. Their menu of international therapies borrows seaweed mud and traditions from France, Italy, India,

and the Middle East, and their medical facials are performed under the direction of a board-certified dermatologist. In addition to individual clients who arrive solo for a day of pampering, La Dolce Vita Spa invites groups of up to 20 people or more celebrating birthdays, wedding days, and spa appreciation days. La Dolce Vita Spa focuses on providing online automated booking, high quality romantic & unique couples treatments, extremely fun spa parties, and a broad spectrum of treatment types. When guests arrive at the historic spa building, they receive tea or signature fruit-and-herb-infused spa water. Our most popular spa day packages are our Spa Rejuvenation and Sweet Life Spa Day lasting about 4-5 hours.

Spinach Puff Pastry Christmas Trees

⭐ Ingredients (Makes 6 Trees)

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry

½ cup garlic & herb cream cheese (or plain cream cheese + garlic powder)

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any you like)

1 egg (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (optional)

⭐ Quick Filling (No Cooking Needed!)

In a bowl, mix:

Spinach

Cream cheese

Shredded cheese

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Done! ✔️

⭐ How to Shape the Trees (Fast Method)
1. Cut the Pastry

Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C

Cut the puff pastry into long strips about 1 inch wide

2. Form the Trees

You can skip cones/molds using this quick trick:

Roll each strip into a loose spiral, from wide at the bottom to narrow at the top.

Press slightly to keep the spiral shape.

Spoon or pipe small amounts of spinach filling between the pastry layers.

(If you want perfect cones, you can still wrap the strip around foil molds — optional.)

⭐ Bake

Brush spirals lightly with egg wash

Sprinkle sesame seeds

Bake 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden
