Hope this finds you all well. As I follow all of the information out there on Covid -19 I came across this and thought I would share. We have always known that Vitamin C is vital for immune support. It appears that Zinc is just or maybe even more important in fighting off this virus.

The combination of chloroquine and zinc appears to be especially potent. A study published entitled, “Chloroquine is a Zinc Ionophore,” describes how chloroquine drives zinc into cancer cells, making those cells highly vulnerable to apoptosis (cell death of cancer cells).

From the study:
Although that study was focused on cancer cells, we also know that zinc blocks coronavirus RNA polymerase activity, which is what the coronavirus uses to replicate. This paper, published in another PLoS journal, specifically talks about “zinc ionophores” blocking the replication of coronavirus in cell cultures: “Zn(2+) inhibits coronavirus and arterivirus RNA polymerase activity in vitro and zinc ionophores block the replication of these viruses in cell culture.”

OK so I know that was technical but some of you nerds like that. The next question burning in your brain right now is how can I get Zinc into my body STAT and how much do I need daily? The recommended daily dosage of Zinc is 11mg.

These foods have about 8mg per serving:
Rice and Almond milk, vitamin waters, Gatorade and energy drinks. I am not a fan of Gatorade due to its sugar content, but I like the idea of seeing the other side of a Pandemic more. Cranberry, orang and grapefruit juice, Hibiscus tea.

These foods have about 6mg per serving:
Salmon, Tuna, Chicken, Turkey, Oysters

These Spices have 5mg:
Dill, Basil and green olives

Cottage cheese is about 4mg and most cereals are about 3mg.
Probably not a bad idea to suck on a Zinc lozengier if you have to be out in the elements.

* The virus is not a living organism, but a protein molecule (DNA) covered by a protective layer of lipid (fat), which, when absorbed by the cells of the ocular, nasal or buccal mucosa, changes their genetic code. (mutation) and convert them into aggressor and multiplier cells.

* Since the virus is not a living organism but a protein molecule, it is not killed, but decays on its own. The disintegration time depends on the temperature, humidity and type of material where it lies.

* The virus is very fragile: the only thing that protects it is a thin outer layer of fat. That is why any soap or detergent is the best remedy, because the foam CUTS the FAT (that is why you have to rub so much: for 20 seconds or more, to make a lot of foam). By dissolving the fat layer, the protein molecule disperses and breaks down on its own.

* HEAT melts fat: this is why it is so good to use water above 25 degrees Celsius for washing hands, clothes and everything. In addition, hot water makes more foam and that makes it even more useful.

* Alcohol or any mixture with alcohol over 65% DISSOLVES ANY FAT, especially the external lipid layer of the virus.

* Any mix with 1 part bleach and 5 parts water directly dissolves the protein, breaks it down from the inside.

* Oxygenated water helps long after soap, alcohol and chlorine, because peroxide dissolves the virus protein, but you have to use it pure and it hurts your skin.

* NO BACTERICIDE SERVES. The virus is not a living organism like bacteria; they cannot kill what is not alive with antibiotics, but quickly disintegrate its structure with everything said.

* NEVER shake used or unused clothing, sheets or cloth. While it is glued to a porous surface, it is very inert and disintegrates only between 3 hours (fabric and porous), 4 hours (copper) because it is naturally antiseptic; and wood, because it removes all the moisture and does not let it peel off and disintegrates, 24 hours (cardboard), 42 hours (metal) and 72 hours (plastic). But if you shake it or use a feather duster, the virus molecules disperse and float in the air for up to 3 hours, and can lodge in your nose.

* The virus molecules remain very stable in external cold, or artificial as with air conditioners in houses and cars. They also need moisture to stay stable, and especially darkness. Therefore, dehumidified, dry, warm and bright environments will degrade it faster.

* UV LIGHT on any object that may contain it breaks down the virus protein. For example, to disinfect and reuse a mask is perfect. Be careful, it also breaks down collagen (which is protein) in the skin, eventually causing wrinkles and skin cancer.

* The virus CANNOT go through healthy skin.
* Vinegar is NOT useful because it does not break down the protective layer of fat.

* NO SPIRITS, NOR VODKA, serve. The strongest vodka is 40% alcohol, and you need 65%.

* LISTERINE -ONLY IF IT is 65% alcohol.

* The more confined the space, the more concentration of the virus there can be. The more open or naturally ventilated, the less.

* You have to WASH YOUR HANDS before and after touching mucosa, food, locks, k***s, switches, remote control, cell phone, watches, computers, desks, TV, etc. And when using the bathroom.

* You have to HUMIDIFY DRY HANDS from so much washing them, because the molecules can hide in the micro cracks. The thicker the moisturizer, the better.

* Keep your NAILS SHORT so that the virus does not hide there.

The bounce between 3D & 5D.

Beloveds I wanted to share this with you hopefully to be helpful.

Since New Years Eve, I have had many magical expansive experiences.

Right on the heels of that I have had more than a couple of 'what the heck is going on' experiences. At times it has felt as though I am in a ping-pong game. 3D/5D simultaneously. And many if not most are.

What is occurring are a couple of things, one being most pre-dominant. Can we hold our frequency and remain in neutrality or peace, (or at least be aware we are not and come back to it,) whether we are having a magical/expansive experience or an obvious 3D one?

Each are assisting us to choose Who We Really Are and become fluid and stable at being who we are even if we are dealing with a 3D situation or person... each being tremendous catalysts bearing gifts (though it may not feel like that at the time.)

As these 3D experiences arise I find myself becoming a Watcher...after a bit of anxiety followed be a former fixed notion already projecting something about the future.

I KNOW this isn't me any longer and as the Watcher I handle it, holding my love, compassion, light, power and boundaries in place.

Becoming a Watcher shows us that absolutely nothing is personal. As such our anxiety is quickly abated and simply needs to be walked through. Breathe and walk through it.

Additionally what is happening is that we are experiencing a dual timeline which becomes rectified, and unified by ourselves... if we choose... becoming who we really are to the bone.

For now most of us having a foot in two timelines for varying reasons, can immediately discern the difference, become the Watcher and not fall into despair and story. And, of great value, hang out with people whose eyes and heart are wide open.

*On another note it is at times heart-breaking and other times traumatic to see what is heightening in the world. With Understanding, love, prayer and visualization we can lessen the grief and use our Powers and Love and Mastery for good.

This is a time as well in which to express Mastery at transmuting within ourselves the leftover difficult/distorted energy.

Carlos Castenda , Shaman, Brilliant Author and Teacher wrote, "he handled his life in preparation for facing his 'definitive life.'

Beloveds we are facing our definitive lives and cleaning up what isn't true. And, we have a boat load of Divine support and Love.

We can do this!
