✨What does Cupping Therapy do?✨

Think of cupping therapy as a reverse deep tissue…instead of applying pressure down on your muscles, we are drawing them up!

The suction from cupping draws fluids to the area we are treating. This stimulates your body’s circulation as it replenishes the cupped area with healthier blood flow.

Cupping draws cellular debris, lymph and toxins up to the surface of your skin which then helps the process of flushing them from your body.

All this is to aid your circulation, reduce inflammation and pain, as well as increase relaxation.
