VA is updating its billing practices to ensure compliance with statutory copayment requirements. Effective Oct. 1, 2025, Veterans in copayment-eligible priority groups and clinics will pay a basic $15 copayment for whole health and well-being services. Veterans already exempt from copayments will remain unaffected.

VA Long Beach Women's Health and Cancer Program hosted a great Breast Cancer Risk Reduction and Screening Event where Veterans could schedule mammograms, learn about ways to reduce their risk for breast cancer, get information about many VA wellness programs, eat and socialize!
