Original hot yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, yin, vinyasa, hatha, and sound baths. Veteran and former LEO owned. Our community has grown, and so has our repertoire!

Your neighborhood yoga studio since 2010 has expanded its offerings! Up until a few years ago, we only provided the original hot yoga (Bikram) series. We now have almost 50 classes a week (and they’re not all hot)! We offer warm vinyasa, sound baths, and of course our tried-and-true Bikram yoga and signature nightly hot yin. Rest assured that while our classes have grown, our teaching standards have remained exceptionally high. Every one of our 20 weekly yoga teachers is highly experienced, capable, and passionate. Many are globally renowned. They are true experts in what they teach, and we adore them.

Meet !

Joanna Asher has been teaching since 2009. She has had the great pleasure of learning from some of the most compassionate, experienced, and skilled teachers in the Ashtanga Yoga lineage and beyond, including Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, David Swenson, and Patricia Morris. She believes everyone, without exception, can benefit from a consistent and dedicated yoga practice and that the consistency of your practice is far more impactful than the difficulty.

Joanna’s classes are infused with precise verbal cues and a strong emphasis on the breath in order to tap into the internal elements of the practice. She teaches Ashtanga Yoga as a perfect balance between the graceful freedom of modern-day vinyasa yoga and the anatomical insight of Iyengar yoga.

All of her classes are inspired by the Ashtanga Yoga tradition and she is passionate about making these classes accessible to everyone who walks in the door. Students can expect a consistent and grounded practice that is challenging but lovingly supported.

📿ADIL’S SABBATICAL📿

Come take class with on Tuesday, Sept. 9 one last time before his sabbatical! He will be gone until mid-March! Though we will certainly miss him, we look forward to the photos of his travels, and we are so happy that he’s taking this time away to study with his own dear teachers. Among the many places he will be, Thailand and Tangier are at the top of his list. Please don’t forget about us, Adil! Sending you all the love and luck. Be safe!
