I’m going to see my older bro, sister and her hubby, my mom and grandma for Christmas 🎄 . It’s been smaller and smaller as family expands. It makes me think about how nothing stays the same, and it’s okay to flow into it. When we resist, it doesn’t seem to feel so great. How to let go of resistance!? Let’s use an affirmation to breathe and focus on:
