Gravity Ball Health Systems is a health and wellness company. Our founder, Dr. Mark Chavez is an emergency and family medicine physician and a lifelong health-fitness enthusiast. Dr. Chavez is the designer and inventor of the Gravity Ball and the Gravity Ball Method of resistance exercise, a new technique for high quality, therapeutic resistance exercise.
