Between what distracts… and what genuinely nourishes, and gives rise to our growth and expansion.
Kalyāṇa speaks to the kind of goodness that isn’t just pleasant — but life-enhancing. auspicious, or a blessing (even if it’s disguised). The kind of moral virtue that shapes who you become over time.
It invites us to notice: Are we choosing what is simply convenient… or what is truly supportive of our deeper well-being and spiritual growth ?
