After much contemplation, devotion, and inward listening, I am honored to unveil the next evolution of my work and sacred offerings.

Urban Bodywork & Apothecary has now birthed

Maya — A Place for Sacred Healing on Sacred Grounds

Maya is an intentional sanctuary devoted to restoration of the body, spirit, and subtle energies through ancient healing arts and ritual care.

My work is deepening into offerings that honor stillness, remembrance, nervous system healing, and embodied presence.

My primary focus within this new space will be:

✧ Reiki & energetic healing
✧ Sound healing & vibrational therapy
✧ Abhyanga
✧ Shirodhara
✧ Sacred self-care rituals rooted in ancient wisdom traditions

Alongside these offerings, the apothecary will continue to flourish —
expanding into artisanal skincare, perfume oils, essential oils, botanical remedies, dry herbs & teas, fresh flowers on Fridays, Succulent Sundays and handcrafted creations made both in-house and by other devoted makers and passionate souls.

This space was created with profound intention:
to hold sanctuary for myself and for those seeking softness, replenishment, reconnection, and deeper communion with themselves.
