It was Q’s last day at the office before heading back home this weekend. He is hilarious. He has his own way of spreading joy. It’s like he is celebrity around the office. He is office legend lol. They all love him as Q and not just the boss’ son. Apparently I am just the old man and I cannot be lit or cool or whatever word I’m supposed to use now 🙄 @ Touch LBC

I get so many people that have a fear of spinal manipulation. I also get so many questions about it being “safe” for babies and children. Because sports medicine is my specialty, the majority of my patients are children. When I do a great job, I end up treating their parents and oftentimes their younger siblings. It’s safe. It’s all natural. Non invasive. My kids love it. I start adjusting kids at about 16 weeks, although there are doctors of chiropractic that specialize and do it on the first day! I also adjust the pregnant woman all the way to delivery day. Having proper pelvic alignment goes a long way when in delivery. Babies go through a lot in the birthing process. They put their bodies through quite a bit of stress trying to crawl and then walk. They fall often. They also don’t know how to tell you that they are having back or neck or joint pain. They just know how to cry cry cry. Maybe you assume they’re hungry. Parents tell me their kid sleeps through the night after I adjust them. Babies with colic respond well to adjustments. I can go all day with why and the many benefits for you and your kids but just know that all my kids are healthy and strong and they all sleep through the night and always have. They also love to be adjusted. Of it scares you it is because you have a fear of the unknown or you’ve heard a lie or rumor. Maybe you had a bad experience? If I got a bad haircut I would just change barbers. It wouldn’t stop me from getting a haircut! NO MICROPHONES WERE USED DURING THIS VIDEO 😜

To our dear patients and friends:

As most of you know, our business is in Downtown Long Beach. Fortunately we were only hit with graffiti during the looting this past weekend. Our office is currently boarded up, but we now have access into the clinic. We are sharing this because as a black owned businesses, many have asked how to offer their support during this time. [For those who are in need of treatment at the moment, give us a call. We are still open Mondays and Wednesdays from 10a-6p.]

All businesses are struggling right now, COVID alone hit us hard. I promise that most businesses aren’t prepared to take the influx of people who want to help out. We’d love to have all of you come and get treatment but we are still learning how navigate a new normal.

So what can you do to help us? If you frequent a business, then please give them (us) a review on google, even yelp. Once we are back to a steady flow, people who are in need of our services will search where we all search for services, google and yelp.

Yes, black owned businesses struggle systematically in a way that I assume most don’t understand. Cops are not the only ones who express bias against blacks; banks, support agencies, business partners, etc do to. If you don’t believe this, ask any black entrepreneur. From the richest to the one just hoping to get in the game. So yes, there are things to open our eyes to, but practically, a review would do so much for all of us, black owned or not.
