My word for 2026. I made a bracelet that says “coerente”, which is consistent in Italian, just to remind myself. I will not be perfect, but I will focus on this in 2026. And what you focus on expands. I believe this will help me in all areas of my life…physical, mental, emotional, financial, spiritual, and my voice.

Anyone else want to share their word, thought, focus for 2026?

Next stop on my solo retreat was to the Cholla Cactus Garden…LOVE! Then I hit up the Hall of Horrors that has lots of rocks to free climb and some narrow passages. Super fun!

Solo retreat to Joshua Tree. I started with my favorite trail…Arch Rock/Heart Rock. Easy, beautiful, magnificent, peaceful. I just love the bushy cholla cactus. 💚

First road race since 2021! Seal Beach 10K Turkey Trot done! Grateful to all those who encouraged me today!

What a great time was had by and me as we walked 9 miles from to ! We enjoyed catching up and walking across our beautiful city. We got done pins at each point (the start, 3 mile, 6 mile, and the finish. We also got a cute bandana. It was free to enter!
