Couldn’t sleep so I got up and made Aruk Arayes ! I also made the schug and sumac onions! It doesn’t look that pretty, however, oh my! It sure tasted AMAZING! I put tahini on top too. Absolutely delicious! Thank you for all your incredible recipes and your beautiful heart!

My word for 2026. I made a bracelet that says “coerente”, which is consistent in Italian, just to remind myself. I will not be perfect, but I will focus on this in 2026. And what you focus on expands. I believe this will help me in all areas of my life…physical, mental, emotional, financial, spiritual, and my voice.
