This theme of aversion and attraction comes up a lot in yogic circles and conscious thinkers… many of us feel as though we are constantly pushing and pulling between these two polarities. 😵‍💫

This conversation relates to the idea of love, relationships, expectations, and disappointments. Whether we’re operating in a partnership or not (or even want to be), this time of year tends to highlight for everyone what is the goal - the ideal - when it comes to love. 💝

Before the full episode is released, we invite some ruminating on where these desires come from i.e. our desire for partnership, for more of this, for less of that, for clearer this, for boundaries around that…. the polarities are infinite.

❤️‍🩹 Could we change the conversation in our own mind to lessen or even remove misery? Is it possible? Let’s dive in together.

In this story, the harsh inner dialogue is a harmless duck walking by—there’s no real threat here. 🙂‍↔️ Our wounded ego latches onto these spiraling stories sometimes, that not only inflict unnecessary fear, but judgment and criticism which don’t truly draw us towards our highest self.

With all that’s going on nationally (and globally), our inner critic can become so harsh about what we’re doing or not doing, what we’re posting or not posting, what we’re listening to or not listening to, etc. and we can become swept away by this overwhelm, making us sitting ducks *let’s stick with this theme* 🦆 and guilty ones.

If it’s been a while since sitting with the calm abiding Self, maybe it’s been a while since the story has received a rewrite. an upgrade. a plot twist.

One that doesn’t judge you but that champions and transforms you. A little alchemical fire to bring out your gold. 🔥 and that strengthens you to hold all that we are collectively bearing.

We are in unprecedented times, where radical love and radical healing is required of us all. When the shadows come, are we prepared to walk our own inner child to safety, to comfort, to loving arms? 🫂

🪻 Holding on to hope and to each other and reaching for goodness amidst darkness is one of the most radical things we can do. I love you.

Happy Friday beautiful souls! 🦉 This week, we had an amazing conversation with on the process of creativity, deconstructing our views of the divine to rebuild, and the shoulds around transforming our relationship to ourselves afterwards.

💫 We truly enjoyed this expansive discussion that speaks to many people’s experience of the church as well as the masculine and feminine expressions of the divine. And of course we touched on a Jungian point of view to tie a common thread between worlds. 🧶

The timing, as always, is beyond perfect. Today, with the full moon guiding me, I left the keys, and a piece of my heart, in a space that has grown me beyond words 🌱

To every soul who sat, taught, healed, loved, released, learned, grew, transformed or simply stepped foot into this community, you are so LOVED. Thank you for making this space so unbelievably special.

Community is not a location, it lives in our hearts. It is the intention of togetherness. It is the cultivation of inner-connectedness. It is the infinite nature of love, brought into experience.

This is just the beginning ♾️🌍📿🐎

Happy New Year to everyone! 💫
Starting off the year with the exciting update that all episodes that were previously only listenable on youtube are now easily accessible through spotify!

It feels like people are wanting to spend less time on instagram these days (seems better for everyone’s mental well being, no?). So, here’s the current library of conversations available that you can enjoy while driving, on a walk, or if you want to really zen your life up, simply sitting and listening 🤯

From talking about self-perception vs other’s perception of us, to the discrepancy between those two realities, to how to let go of our desires in order to invite it in, to the mirrors in our relationships… somehow the bottom line always comes down to what’s happening “inside the house” and how we care for ourselves.
