About Michelle.....

I have over 9 years of experience as Licensed Massage Therapist and 3 years as a Reiki Practitioner. With many years of devotion to my own personal physical yoga, my passion for many branches of yoga has provided me with a unique understanding of the human body and a deep desire to work with people not only on a physical level but also with the understanding of the holistic (all parts being of the whole) nature of massage and movement and touch. With sound body and sound mind being the goal I feel I have mastered the art of creating space for the wellness of the mind thru the body. This is the foundation of my work. I am trained and highly skilled in Shiatsu, Reflexology, Acupressure, Deep Tissue & Swedish massage techniques. I also love to incorporate essential oils and aromatherapy into massage sessions as often as possible to really work with all of the senses during our sessions.

I also offer facial massage, facial cupping, and Gua Sha for the face and body.
