I began this journey after quitting my job in February in the hopes to get certified so I could help people going through personal struggles; whether emotionally, physically or with their health...to find a stronger, more peaceful tomorrow. Join me for private, semi-private or small group sessions. For large groups a private studio space is available and corporate yoga classes can also be arranged. Find your breath, your heart, your spirit while using your body as it was meant to be used...lifting you, guiding you through every aspect of life.
