Hence as food for thought, please consider that given that some vans and RVs are fully functioning Motorhomes they can be used as an "Instant Karma" Solution Step-By-Step Process Towards Solving, homelessness for Law Abiding Americans who are employed; self-employed and/or looking for work, yet just grappling with limited finances due to the tough Covid-19 Era Global Economy, and/or prefer to live in a Motorhome as an evidence based, cost efficient solution to meet their quality of life housing needs, in comparison to the short supply of affordable "Bricks & Sticks Homes or Bricks & Mortar Homes". Thus, just like the so called "President Obama Phones", or Life Line Phone Program, an "Everyone Home Long Beach & California Program", featuring so called "Mayor Garcia & Councilwoman Saro Motorhomes" or low cost pre-owned and/or free Motorhomes with a Sate of California Street Parking Exemption, can be Implemented and Evaluated, to end homelessness in the City of Long Beach, as well as the State of California, and even The United States Of America!
Moreover, as stated in the attached article above, given that Money is available, it now becomes possible for Long Beach City/ Los Angeles County, as a start, to provide payment to Holistic Health Providers, (e.g., see: https://www.facebook.com/groups/LongBeachHCC/about), who can provide cost-effective treatments to those homeless Americans in need of physical/mental wellness help!
