Because that’s not how our bodies work.

👉 Desire doesn’t just show up — it needs a transition.
And surprisingly?

Music might be the foreplay you’ve been skipping this whole time.

We’re talking:
• Shift in mental state
• Less overthinking
• More connection with self
• And yes… way better intimacy

But the way you’re using music right now? Probably wrong.

Hey GUYS! And partners with peri/menopausal women … If you’re blaming menopause for killing your s*x life, read on…

Menopause definitely changes how women experience desire and arousal — you just need the updated manual. 😌

Here’s what’s actually happening:
Less estrogen = less natural lubrication, thinner tissue, and a body that takes longer to warm up.

So when you follow the same routine that worked years ago…
her body is quietly screaming ‘absolutely not.’

And the worst part?
A lot of women still push through it just to avoid disappointing you…
which slowly turns s*x into something to endure instead of enjoy.

Now you’re confused.
She’s frustrated.
And nobody’s saying the real issue out loud.

Wait… we’re supposed to do WHAT with our mouth?? 😳
Let’s be honest — when it comes to oral s*x, haven't you ever thought:

“Am I doing this right?”
“Why is this suddenly so intimidating?”
“Is this supposed to feel awkward??”

If you have: you’re definitely not the only one.
Oral s*x is one of those things people rarely talk about openly… but almost everyone has questions about.

In this blog, I cover:
• why people feel awkward about it
• the mindset shift that makes it way easier
• practical tips that actually help
• how to stop overthinking and enjoy more

And yes… we’ll talk about the common fears people secretly have.

Ever noticed how desire works perfectly in the beginning… then randomly stops?

It didn’t disappear.
It changed.

In long-term relationships, desire often shifts from spontaneous to responsive — meaning it doesn’t show up first anymore.

And no one teaches us that.

If your libido feels “off,” it’s not broken.

It may just need some different conditions and a reprioritization.

👉 If this resonates, it’s worth understanding why.
