Carrot Pineapple Smoothie Recipe π₯π
Ingredients:
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped π₯
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) π
1/2 banana π (for added creaminess)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein) π§βπ³
1/2 cup orange juice π
1/2 cup water (or coconut water for extra hydration) π§
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness) π―
Ice cubes (optional, if you want a colder smoothie) π§
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and chop the carrot into small pieces to make it easier to blend. π₯
If you're using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks π.
2. Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the chopped carrot, pineapple chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and water.
Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
