Just checked my DMs, and see many of you have reached out.. Hi 👋🩷 I will not be hosting weekly rooftop classes this summer at the hotel.

The truth is, I am changing ~ I’m not sure yet into who, or what. This whole process seems to be a slow unfolding.
A while back, a dear friends said to me, “there are years for questions, and there are years for answers…”. right now I’m in a chapter of pausing and questioning..

I am a life path #1 (a natural born leader) .. my business/ community service mission rebirth is inevitable.
.For now I’ll be tinkering in my garden with my one year old enjoying the metamorphosis 🦋 After 16 years of consistently putting myself out there, going offline for a bit feels so rejuvenating for my nervous system!!

Hope this message can be a permission slip for someone to pivot, pause, stop, say goodbye, anytime you need to 🩷
