                                            Thank you, West Elementary School, for the opportunity this morning to teach yoga & mindfulness to the staff for self-love week! We spoke about the importance of creating time & space in your life everyday to care for yourself, even if it’s just 5 minutes of tuning into your breath.
As much as we take care of our bodies, the truth is our bodies are taking care of us. It’s always communicating with us. The only thing it asks is that we listen.
How will you listen a bit more closely today to how your body is speaking to you?
