✈️ NY to San Diego tomorrow morning for a week long celebration of a huge milestone in my career!🙏🏼

These past few months have been some of the most challenging in all my years of entrepreneurship.
Debilitating self-doubt, hard-core imposture syndrome, floundering in the saturated field of coaching, intense fear, wading through personal and familial emotional turbulence... Just to name some of it.
What happens on the other side of those dark nights (and days!) of the soul, the low lows, the constant self-defeating beliefs?
A fu***ng triumph!😃💪🏼😃💪🏼😃💪🏼
Nothing tests you, pushes you up against ALL your edges, makes you confront parts of yourself tucked away and hidden, the way entrepreneurship does. Nothing. I’ve seen the truth of this over and over again these past 6 years.
And I wouldn’t have it any other way🙌🏽
I’ve learned how to thank the teacher, in every way it shows up. To thank the most difficult seasons of transition. To show up for the humanness of this experience called life with more grace, patience and humor. Some days easier than others😅
And always, without a shred of doubt, I have full faith in what awaits me on the other side of struggle...

In these past few months, I’ve co-authored a book, rebranded my business, launched a new website & invested exponentially in my development. That s**t DID NOT COME EASY (don’t be fooled)🤣
Reflecting on the culmination of all this- the ups and downs (my god, the ups and downs), I see the new version of myself. She feels stronger and more grounded. She’s wiser. Even more resilient than she already was. Even more fully self-expressed. She’s fu***ng doing this thing! She’s a bad-ass boss!
So, I come offering up two invitations. 1. Women, own your bad-ass accomplishments. Unapologetically. Celebrate yourself & let others celebrate you!
