Hello! There have been lots of changes in the studio over the last year… Luckily, all good things!
If you’re looking to schedule a Pilates or Stretch session with Marla, you can find limited availability on weekends only (keep in mind, these fill up quickly!)
Meanwhile, Tiffany & Jamie are holding down the fort the rest of the week! Jamie offers Pilates & Stretch, while Tiffany is currently offering Pilates only. By popular demand, Tiffany will soon offer Stretches - so hang tight! Head over to the bio to schedule your sessions with any of the wonderful instructors in the studio! Have a question? Have you seen all the new items added to the online store? Take a look! Currently obsessed with Breathe Again by Wild Botanicals & the chamomile tea by Teapigs. Also, I’ve been living in my neck wrap by Sonoma Lavender, as per usual ☺️
Fun fact, Sonoma Lavender made it onto Oprah’s Favorite Things 2021 & I carry all sorts of their goodies!
I will be adding curbside pick up this Sunday. More details on that soon!
