I am so honored to be a part of the exquisite collective and call this house of beauty and healing my home for all of my Energy Alchemy!

I truly believe that energy is everything and feel so lucky to be at a place in my life to share my gifts that have influenced my life with this beautiful community!

When I opened in 2017, this special space was birthed from my own personal pain and journey with duality. The transformation didn’t come in a pretty little box with a bow on top. The dirt met the pavement for me in a very difficult 6+ year infertility challenge that led to a brief miscarriage, and breaking of my leg 2 months after.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher training led to me opening Go Inward! My daily life was immersed in so many incredible healing modalities, ultimately leading to the work I am so proud to facilitate today.

, Kundalini Everything, Yoga, meditation, activation, breathwork, mantra and holographic sound healing all help to clear, transform and awaken our true human potential as individuals.

Stepping into my own truth, led to me being able to birth my beautiful daughter Rumi Rose, who is 3 years old now, after all my previous challenges with fertility (along with some very expensive miracles)😂✨

I found out I was pregnant in my Friday Kundalini yoga class with all of my favorite people and Covid hit 3 days later shutting down our beloved studio. Energy does not die, it just transforms, like ice melting into water or steam. I believe the magic we all created at Go Inward turned into my beautiful baby and is now coming full circle into my new healing hub with the gifted practitioners 🙏🏼 Thank you for creating this space!✨
