Most women are told to calm down.
Breathe.
Meditate.
Regulate.
But no one asks what’s driving the alarm in the first place.
If your brain is getting signals that you’re starving, stressed, or under-fueled…
your nervous system isn’t being dramatic.
It’s responding.
This is why tools sometimes work… and sometimes don’t.
Because tools help the response.
They don’t always change the signal.
When we change the signal, everything gets easier.
