There’s a difference between being capable and being overextended.
For a long time, you’ve been the one who holds it all together the one who shows up
pushes through
figures it out
And you’ve learned to call that strength.
But at some point, your body starts to feel it.
The exhaustion.

That’s not because you’re not capable anymore.

Most women I meet are already disciplined.
They track.
They plan.
They restart.
They push.
And still…nothing seems to stick.
Because discipline doesn’t override survival mode. Read that again.
When your nervous system is stressed:
your body conserves energy
your hunger signals change
your hormones shift
your consistency disappears
Then you blame yourself.
But this isn’t a discipline problem.
It’s a regulation problem.
You don’t need to try harder.
You need your body working with you again.

That’s when:
