Monday May 30th, 2022

The Sleep Testing and office:
We will be closed on Monday, May 30th, 2022 in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. Please, send an email or leave a voicemail message and you will be contacted when our offices are-open on Tuesday, May 31st, 2022. We will be running sleep studies thru Saturday night. the 28th. We are completely closed on Sunday and Monday night.
Thank you everyone and I hope you enjoy this much needed time off with family and friends.

The sleep lab office will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2021 in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. For all other questions or concerns, please send us an email and we will follow-up when our offices reopen on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.

New Covid19 Policies
Due to Covid-19 and for the health and safety of our patients and staff, the following policies have been created to follow our CDC and Long Beach Health Department Guidelines:
Please Note: During your study, you will be required to wear a mask while in your bedroom while the sleep technologist is with you. If the technologist asks to remove your mask please do so. Once they leave the room you can take off your mask..ing well or have had anyCOVID-19 Symptoms within the last 2 weeks.•If you have Allergy symptoms, please take something prior to your appointment.t.t..are running late.•Please do not bring any guests to your appointment. Also please do not bring bedding or your own pillows.•We are taking fewer appointments to ensure that we can thoroughly clean, disinfect &sanitize in between studies and appointments.•All rooms will have Hepa Room Air Purifiers and clarifion ionic air purifier in each room. Keeping our rooms fresh and clean from bacteria.•Contact-Free Payments: Keep your card on file and check-out easily without a credit card payment. We will charge you without your card.•We have updated our pricing to cover our additional cleaning, sanitation, and PPE supplies to keep you and our staff safe. It will be an additional $5.00 per checkout and will be called PPE Surcharge this includes no card present payment.
Prior to your appointment, please review our Liability waiver along with our updated Covid19 policies. Please either email it to us @ thesleepapneagirl@gmail.com or bring your waiver to your appointment. Our staff will contact you the day before your appointment to answer any of your questions regarding our new COVID-19 Policy and/or Liability Waiver.
•We will also do a pre-screening check in prior to your appointment. If any of thequestions are answered with a Yes, we will reschedule your appointment with nocancellation fee.•Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well or have had anyCOVID-19 Symptoms within the last 2 weeks.•If you have Allergy like symptoms, please take something prior to your appointment.
•If you are a high-risk individual (over 65, diabetic, asthmatic, or any pre-existing healthconditions) please reconsider coming in.
•Please bring a mask to your appointment as your technologist will also be wearing amask.
Upon arrival, please call us at 562-420-7353. We will let you know when it is ok for you to come into the lobby.
•Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken. If your temperature is 99.4 degrees or more,we will reschedule your session.
•When you enter our facility, please use a healthy amount of sanitizer & please wash yourhands prior to going into your bedroom
•If you would like water There is bottle of water in your room or our sleep team will behappy to provide it to you.
•While you are in our office, please wear your mask during your entire visit.
