Here’s a cool blast from the past! Did you know that ice cream is actually good for you!? That’s according to an ad by the National Dairy Council in a 1953 volume of the American Journal of Nursing. We have a whole set of these vintage nursing journals, generously donated by LBCC nursing alumni, Thomas Buckingham. Check them out in LAC C304!
