Yay! Its almost Summer time, and with that a brand new offering for all my lovers of Yoga. Join Nicole every Friday at 9:30am at BKG Karate on Broadway for a 75 minute dynamic flow. Expect plenty of hands on adjustments, deep alignment, breath and a little bit of meditation at the end. Bring your mat. Reach out if you are interested or see you there.
