Proodian Healthcare is a health and wellness organization whose mission is to provide the best of natural-based healing techniques to allow the human body to repair and rejuvenate while reducing or eliminating the need for medications or surgery. Our methodology is to employ least invasive therapies first, both passive and active, before moving toward more aggressive treatments. The success of this approach can be measured by the thousands of patients who have overcome their illness or greatly reduced their symptoms.
Our philosophy is that the human body is an amazing, complex system that performs best when all systems are in balance. Proodian Healthcare’s approach to heath reflects this integrity by focusing on disease prevention and identifying the underlying causes of serious chronic disease. Dr. James Proodian, the founder and president of Proodian Healthcare, is a “connect-the-dots” physician who is an expert in identifying clinical imbalances and restoring the body to health and functionality.

• Natural Healthcare Center is a state-of-the-art health and wellness facility located in Long Branch, NJ. This three-story 7,000 square foot facility provides Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Clinical Nutrition, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Personal Training, Fitness Programs, and Sports Rehabilitation. Dr. Proodian practices here along with an experienced staff of physicians and clinicians.
• Wellness at WorkTM is a health education company that provides educational health seminars to companies, schools, associations, and other organizations. Dr. Proodian firmly believes that “health education is the key to longevity.” Through this innovative program, Dr. Proodian has shared his message of health with thousands of people at hundreds of companies over the last 20 years. This initiative continues to grow from a grass roots program to one that is state wide and moving toward a national audience.
• Put Back What You LackTM is a web-based store that provides high quality physician-administered supplements that are not available to the general public. These supplements are certified to be “pharmaceutical grade,” meaning that they have passed rigorous testing for purity to insure that the ingredients listed on the label are in fact contained in the supplement (this is not the case with most supplements.) Proper supplementation, in conjunction with diet and lifestyle changes, is a critical component in achieving optimal health.
