One of the things I'm trying to figure out in my quest to do less is what are the things that actually move the needle for me.
These are those things right now...
1. Enough sleep- no matter how many other wellness things I try to do... if I don't get enough sleep it's all for naught.
2. Creatine (10+grams) with a giant glass of water as soon as I wake up. It cleared the mental fog and the perimenopause night sweats stopped. π π²
3. βοΈ Good coffee. (Yes I drink it on an empty stomach.)
4. Cold-pressed juice or smoothie (usually green) first thing in the morning. Life changing.
5. Sit outside and get morning sun and some fresh air for a few min. I live in NJ so this doesn't happen every day all year long. But on the mornings that aren't freezing or raining I'm out on my porch drinking my coffee or juice for sometimes just 5 min. It just makes me happy.
That's pretty much all I can manage right now before I leave the house to get the kids off to school and me to the office.
And most days I feel better than I did when I had a 6+ step (expensive) wellness routine.
