We are back in flow! We went dark on you vibrant souls but we are back and we are better. There’ve been so many moving parts.

However, we are excited to bring to your attention an upcoming event we will be part this weekend.

Our dear friend and owner of Tony’s Teas will be hosting another lovely social gathering intended to bring you all some fun and healing!

Everything from Bonfires 🔥 to performances! Our company will be providing everyone with some energy work. We’ll lead everyone into some breathwork and guide you all through a brief introspective experience taking you inward.

Please join the collective as we shift our focuses on bringing healing to everyone.

The sound and vibration of the singing bowls work directly into the body and the aura to bring fast relaxation, release any tension and stress, activate the energy flow, harmonize the chakras, and quickly bring the mind to a meditative state.

This is a four-phase experience (Activation, Internalization, Stimulation and Harmonization) designed to maintain and support the body’s most vital functions by oxygenating the body, activating the gut, inducing blood flow circulation, reducing tension and stress, and activating the inner energy flow. The body is often left feeling revitalized and stimulated with the essential life force.

The service entails:

Guided breathwork to activate deep breathing through various exercises.

Palm press/palm wave technique for the stomach area to activate the solar plexus.

A foot rub that caters to the body’s organelle reflex points.

A sound bath that helps to harmonize the auric fields offering a fuller overall inner and outer healing experience.

What is a Sound of Breathing Experience?

It's an immersive experience where we will guide you through some breathwork exercises to awaken the body and activate the inner energy flows, followed by a sound healing experience with singing bowls, shamanic drum, and other instruments to help harmonize the chakras, release tension and stress and bring in deep relaxation so that you can reconnect with yourself, the nature and the cosmo.

Our previous sessions have taken people onto beautiful journeys of healing, releasing and recharging.🥰
