I’m always on the lookout for simple, joyful ways to make life feel better—and these *magical* balls are total game-changers for relaxation, stretching, and glowing skin!

🔹 **Yamuna Balls ()** – The black & gold duo!
Firm (but not hard), they’re *perfect* for tight shoulders, lower back, and even those stubborn spots along the neck. The black ones target smaller areas, while the gold ball feels amazing for full-body tension relief.

🔹 **Blue Miracle Balls** – Developed by a dancer!
Softer than Yamuna balls, these are my go-to for sore muscles and… *face sculpting*! 🥰 After using them, my skin looks firmer, brighter, and super glowy. (Yes, really!)

One of my favorite sources of joy and healing is nature—and plants are a big part of that. This little Polkadot Begonia has become such a special part of my journey. I picked it up from a nursery in Florida last year, and though it’s been growing slowly, it’s teaching me the art of patience.

At first, I kept it in my office, but it wasn’t quite happy there—the leaves started to dry out. So, I moved it to the balcony, where it’s thriving in the shade. Sometimes, the simplest changes bring the greatest results. 🌿✨

I also love how plants respond to the energy around them. When I work with Symphony energies, it’s amazing to see how they immediately lighten up.

The response is super strong that you would never guess that it is from a small plant.

Isn’t it incredible how much more we could perceive if we go beyond what we see? 💫

We pressed this Orange 🍊 liquor finally today after 2 months of waiting. First time making this and I’m so excited!! Merry Christmas everyone!!

Ok how does it taste?? It’s divine!! Never tasted something like this before. Super alive and potent!! 🔥🔥🔥

My whole life, I was looking for ways to contribute to other people using all the things I've learned and I'm thrilled to facilitate people.

I have always been inquisitive and looking for ways that make my life and work easier and I’ve learned many different modalities. When I found Access Consciousness, it helped to make changes in my life easily, effortlessly, and fast for my mind, body, and my businesses. I loved Access Bars and loved all the tools that other classes offered. They were too good to keep them for me only. So I chose to become a facilitator. It’s an honor and privilege to empower people to know what they know and support them to go beyond their limitations with their mind, body, life, and business using various tools of Access Consciousness.

Changes can be very easy and quick and creating new possibilities become fun. People become present to an expanded awareness of what’s actually possible beyond whatever that has been holding them back.
