Good lifestyle choices are easy to make. You don't need unsustainable diets and complex exercise routines, nor do you need to make huge personal sacrifices. You need commitment, and the older we get, the harder that commitment is going to be to sustain. Simple advice: Our bodies are highly complex machines, the most advanced on the planet. Now theoretically.....if you had a Ferrari, would you put 87 octane in it? Would you not maintain it, park it outside and let the grass grow around it? Think of food as fuel, and your body needs quality food to perform well. I'm not talking about losing weight. I'm talking about daily energy levels, quality of sleep, mental focus, muscle growth and recovery, pain and inflammation management, and the list goes on. If you put 87 octane in your Ferrari, it's going to run like s**t. STOP thinking you need a "diet", you don't. Eat quality foods, move your body a few times a week, and you will be well on your way.
