Last night we honored St. Brigid’s Eve 🔥 — a time of protection 🕯️ healing 💛 and quiet blessings laid gently at our door 🚪✨

Tonight we stand under a full moon 🌕 — illumination 💫 release 🌬️ and truth rising into the light ✨

And woven through it all is Imbolc 🌱 February 1st–2nd — the ancient turning toward spring 🌷 The promise that even in the heart of winter ❄️ life is stirring beneath the surface 🌾

This weekend feels like a sacred pause ⏳ between what was and what is becoming 🌙

A reminder to tend the inner flame 🔥

Tonight is St. Brigid’s Eve, a cherished Irish tradition of healing, protection, and comfort. 🌿

Before bed, place a scarf, shawl, or small piece of clothing outside your door, on a windowsill, or hang it from a tree or bush. 🌳

It’s believed that as St. Brigid passes by during the night, she blesses the cloth, infusing it with healing energy and gentle protection.

This blessed cloth—often called Brat Bríde—can be kept throughout the year and used whenever you need extra care: draped over the shoulders when you’re not feeling well, wrapped around the neck for comfort, or held close during times of stress or grief. 💫

In true chaotic grace, I managed to jack up my foot last week. 😩✨ But instead of rushing to the pharmacy, I went straight to my herbal grimoire and pulled out an old favorite: Comfrey, aka “knitbone.” 🌿💁‍♀️

This powerhouse plant has been used for centuries to help repair bones, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue. I’ve been using it topically—think poultices and salves—and it’s speeding up the healing like a plant-based time traveler. ⏳🧪

Witch tip: Comfrey isn’t for deep internal use (it can be too strong), but she’s perfect for external magic. Respect the herb. Honor the body. Heal like the badass you are. 🖤🦶🌕

Shout out to Kristen Carlucci who sent me some Comfrey several months ago after she used it on her broken ankle. Either she had a premonition that I would need it or she knows her mom is a clutz.🤕

I'm hosting another Meditation for Beginners class at Bayside Beach this Saturday (6/21) if anyone is interested. It starts at 8 am near the restrooms. There is no cost, but donations are always appreciated.
This class is for people who always wanted to try meditation or tried and struggled. We'll go over the benefits and try different types of meditation. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Bring a chair or towel (however you're most comfortable) and some water. 🙏
