For 10 plus years I taught yoga with pure intuition….then one day as I cried on mat in Savasana, I knew I wanted more! My deep yoga training began in 2013 and with many trainings since, I’ve dedicated my life to teaching yoga and helping anyone who will listen to “ feel good” in their bodies! I guess you can call yoga “ my path” 🙏❤️
