🎉A Successful Launch for Our New Resident Care Director Training Program!🎉
Last week, Mass-ALA proudly completed the inaugural Resident Care Director (RCD) Training Program, bringing together current and aspiring clinical leaders from assisted living communities across Massachusetts for four days of intensive, practical learning.
This brand-new program was created to provide Resident Care Directors with the regulatory knowledge, leadership skills, and real-world tools needed to thrive in one of the most critical roles in assisted living.
Topics included Massachusetts assisted living regulations, medication management, compliance and survey readiness, quality improvement, fall prevention, and nursing leadership.
Thank you to our sponsor, Northbridge Companies, our outstanding presenters, our participants, and our host, CareOne at Sharon, for helping make this first program such a success.
We are thrilled to add this training to Mass-ALA’s growing portfolio of professional development opportunities and look forward to offering it again in August!
