Dear Clients,
It is with a heavy heart that I announce the untimely departure of Jordan. Jordan has found it more difficult than she anticipated returning to work after having her son Henry. She and I spend some time trying to figure out a solution that would both prioritize the needs of her family as well as the needs of this business and we could not. This makes me sad, but as a mother myself, I understand that family comes first. I am so grateful for the exceptional year and a half I had with Jordan.

What does this mean for Clients & Self-Transformations Massage as a whole?
Thank you for asking. :-) In 2022, after 17 years of single, solo entrepreneurship, I finally undertook the endeavor of opening up a clinic and the humbling process of scaling this business. My mission was simply --- to create an elevated, highly-skilled, conscious and truly healing experience for our clients. I scaled because I wanted to support passionate massage therapists who wanted to learn and grow, reach more clients and to uplift our industry in the process. I was tired of "just okay" massage therapy and wanted to change the narrative and the expectations of just what massage therapy could be.
However, the process of transferring my now over 20 year of experience into a team and making the numbers work all while raising a small family has been more challenging than I anticipated. I am first and foremost a healer. Business ownership is something I have learned to embrace over the years as a means of being a healer.
Therefore, I have decided not to bring on any more team members at this time. I will offer extended hours and will do my best to keep the high quality experience that you have come to expect and enjoy. I know this decision will impact some of you, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and hope you will continue to come in and work with me. All packages, memberships and pricing will be honored. If you are currently scheduled with Jordan, I will be reaching out personally to reschedule you soon.
My Extended Hours
Mondays - Closed
Tuesdays - 9:30am to 3pm
Wednesdays - 9:30 to 6pm
Thursdays - 12:30pm to 8 pm
Friday's - 9:30am to 6pm
Every other Saturday & Sunday
From 9 or 10am to 4 or 5 pm
My New Offerings
I will also be offering small group massage instruction for couples, friends and family coming soon. If you would like to be a highly skilled, armature massage therapist in order to help your loved one get out of pain on a more regular basis without hurting your hands, please stay turned.
For my busy professionals with tight schedules
I encourage you to schedule early, even booking out a month or more in advance. It is ALWAYS easier to reschedule your appointment before my 48 hour cancelation window then it is to try and book last minute.
Communication Considerations
I am now only one and when I am not in the clinic, I am likely chasing my toddler or roughhousing with my 6 year old. As such, the following would be oh-so-helpful:
~ If you need to make last minute changes or anything else that needs to happen quickly, please text me for quicker attention and service. I know it isn't as personal as I would like, but it would help me be efficiency.
~ If your request is not immediate, please allow me 24 to 48 hours to respond. Of course I will do my best to be as attentive and communicate as possible.
~ Whenever possible, please book your massages online. It will ask for a credit card on file to reserve your appointment, but don't worry, it won't be charged unless you no-show the appointment. My online system isn't perfect and if you do not see a time that you would like, please reach out! Sometimes I have openings that are not shown online. I will get back to you ASAP.
