With a focus on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Longmont's in-house rehabilitation team uses state-of-the-art rehab equipment such as the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®. With an on-site physician offering faster, more convenient patient and resident care, our associates provide the highest levels of care to skilled nursing residents, short-term rehabilitation patients and post-operative recovery patients.
