Hopelight Clinic is a 501(c)3 charitable clinic provides extremely low cost or free primary care to all age levels. We provide services for Longmont, Lyons, Berthoud, Erie, Firestone, Frederick, Mead, and all other surrounding communities. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and Veteran's Choice.
