Bri is celebrating a FULL DECADE of employment at Sample Supports. Incredible, right? She started back in 2016: Before she had her Masters Degree, Before she got married, Before she had a baby, Before she became a Licensed Professional Counselor, Before she became a Licensed Addictions Counselor (as of last week, woohooo!!!). - back when we were all spring chicks trying to figure life out while building a company together.

Bri has performed almost every role in program services in all three regions and understands the complexity of the company in a way that nobody else can.

I have so many things that I love about Bri. I love that she is eager and is always invested in professional development. I love that Bri always says "yes" to new opportunities and new responsibilities. I love that Bri is willing to do the hard work to get where she wants to go and has the perseverance to stick with things that are challenging and see them through. I know that if I am in a bind, I can count on Bri to help me work my way out of it. Bri is also the first one to think about how we can help others and celebrate milestone events. Her attitude and commitment are what have made her a top leader in the company and her status is well deserved.

Bri - thank you for your decade of commitment. The company is better with you in it and I am personally grateful for how you have positively influenced my life for a decade.

Cheers to another 10 years, Bri! 🥳

Yesterday, we had the privilege of celebrating our amazing providers at the Denver Provider Appreciation Lunch as part of Provider Week—and it was such a special gathering.

We were joined by a mix of longtime providers and those newer to the host home journey. The energy in the room was full of connection, encouragement, and shared purpose.

As Courtney shared, “It was so awesome to see providers connecting with each other—it really is a special community of people who choose this career!” 💬
