We offer community-based residential placements, behavior services, supported employment, day programs, mentorship and supported living services.

Steady Leaders, Steady Teams – ANCOR Webinar Panel

Over the past few days, I had the honor of serving as a panelist for ANCOR’s Steady Leaders, Steady Teams webinar series alongside incredible leaders from across the country.

The sessions brought together 149 registrants from more than 70 organizations nationwide, all committed to strengthening leadership practices in the disability services field. Many teams joined together from conference rooms, meaning the reach and impact of these conversations extended even further.

Together we explored how leaders can support their teams by leading from a calm, regulated, and intentional place, especially during challenging moments. The ripple effect of leaders applying these tools across organizations has the potential to positively impact not only staff teams but also the individuals and communities we serve.
