We’re excited to celebrate Heather's return to Sample Supports as our Northern Colorado Residential Coordinator.

After taking time to focus on her and gain experience, Heather saw the innovation and positive changes happening here, new roles, better processes, and a renewed focus on growth. A visit to our new office reminded her how much she missed connecting with the individuals we serve.

What brought her back?
Flexibility, trust, competitive pay, and the chance to reconnect with people in services every day.

Heather shared that returning “felt like coming home- to an updated model home,” and we couldn’t agree more.

Over the course of three inspiring days, we engaged in meaningful conversations, explored new research, and connected with leaders and innovators in the field. It was a valuable opportunity to learn, share insights, and bring back ideas that will continue to shape the way we support the communities we serve.

Our BOCO Team Had a Blast at the A&I Provider Fair in Lafayette! 🎉

Shoutout to our incredible BOCO Residential Manager and BOCO Team Supervisor for representing us at the A&I Provider Fair in Lafayette this week! 🙌 They had a great time connecting with other providers, sharing what we do, and learning about the amazing resources available in our community.

Thanks to A&I for hosting a fantastic event, we’re already looking forward to the next one!
