Dignity Care is a highly respected, locally owned and operated licensed private pay home care medical and non-medical agency servicing Boulder County and the surrounded areas, including Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie and Broomfield. Duties may include: Assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, light housekeeping, taking clients on errands in caregiverโs car, safety oversight, overnight safety, and creating a happy and safe environment for clients.

* A variety of shift times and lengths, including overnights. Caregivers are placed on regular ongoing shifts for consistency for caregivers and clients.
*Full Time and Part Time employment. No minimum hours required.
* Case Management and RN oversight, training and support for each client.

Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to the following; Assists the elderly with daily living activities at the clientโs home or nursing home and maintains quality of clientโs life.
Personal Care Provider Aide must be able to work well independently, as well as with management, and office staff. Helps client with daily living activities which may include light house keeping, preparation of meals, companionship, transport client and personal hygiene, transfers, assisting client with dressing, transfers and assisting client with walking.
Certified Nurse Aide must be able to work well independently, as well as with management, and office staff. Takes vital signs, shower assistance, transfers, assisting clients with dressing, assist clients with walking, activities of daily living and reports changes in health status. May include light housekeeping, preparation of meals, companionship, transport client, personal hygiene and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
What are the requirements for this job? We are looking for amazing, caring, responsible, caregivers who are passionate about caring for seniors.
* At least 1 year of direct elder care assistance which can include assistance with a family member. Experience with dementia a plus.
* Able to lift 50 pounds.
* Excellent oral and written English, and good communication skills.
* Able to offer assistance with client transfers and assistance with activities of daily living.
* Must be willing to submit to a background check and motor vehicle record check.
* Caregivers should have a personal cell phone that can use our scheduling application.
* A reliable vehicle is needed for most clients. However, we do have some clients that do not require driving.
* We work around availability; however, employees must be willing to work some weekend shifts.
