I teach women or couples how to do burst training. I started doing this type of training right after I had my daughter in 2006. After having a baby I needed to be able to accomplish a full body workout in a very time efficient manner. I needed to lose 35 pounds to recapture my pre-baby belly as well as my energy and I did! It also increases flexibility, the youth hormone HGH, and lean muscle. With my second child which is now 5 I used burst training throughout my pregnancy and am still addicted to it. You can do this workout absolutely anywhere and see unbelievable results. We all have unused or slightly used fitness equipment "taking up precious space". I want to help you achieve your fitness dreams by using the equipment you already have, which saves you money, and teach you how to create your own workouts.
