I graduated from Columbus State Community College and moved to Tucson, AZ. I found the best mentors in the state to help me hone my skills and learned that intuition & listening is everything when it comes to giving the treatment the client needs. I intuitively use the following modalities to help treat chronic or acute pain and Injuries, stress, scar tissue, anxiety, ect.: Sports massage, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), Cupping, Graston Technique (bodyscraping), Deep Tissue Specific, Trigger-point Therapy, Myofascial work, Prenatal, Swedish techniques, and Aromatherapy. I specifically & intuitively design every session to the client independently, and go with the changes in their body & what they’re feeling the day/week of.
