l.a. Eyeworks began in 1979 as a single storefront in Los Angeles, Ca. Over four decades later, they are still privately owned by the two women who started it all: Barbara McReynolds and G*i Gherardi. (They became best friends in high school!)

l.a. Eyeworks is a self-proclaimed “house of optical imagination,” encouraging people to stop looking and START SEEING.
