Cavallo Chiropractic is pleased to announce the addition of a new massage therapist. Please help us welcome Ashley Free.
Ashley is a native of Texas, but has lived in Colorado since 2011 with her three kids and Great Dane. She enjoys cooking, being outdoors, card games, painting and relaxing with family and friends.
Her passion for massage developed during her own health journey (autoimmune and sports injuries), when she found the mental, emotional and physical benefits of the practice. Helping client’s identify their health goals and then take steps to achieve them is a driving force behind her massage practice.
Ashley attended the prestigious Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy, where she graduated Salutatorian. The program took a holistic, but fully scientific approach to massage treatment in the areas of kinesiology, muscle-skeletal, and pathology. She was trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Fascial Release, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Thai, Muscle Energy Techniques, aromatherapy and hydrotherapy.
