Give yourself permission to explore the many parts of yourself, ideas, and experiences that you didn’t think could co-exist. ALL our emotions are part of the larger spectrum - to be human is to feel. It’s not either/or; at times it easily is :both/and.” Think of them as layered colors on a changing canvas.

When you want to evolve, it helps to explore the messages these feelings are trying to convey. Even seemingly opposite ones offer data points that can guide you to greater self-awareness. This inevitably leads to increased alignment both inside yourself and in the world around you.

The energy that you bring to every moment of your life will determine the feeling you walk away with. If you are coming from love, life will respond with love. Every situation can be perceived as an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. The choice is ultimately yours. ❤️

In every conflict that arises in your life, ask yourself, “Am I coming from a place of love?” Even in situations where we do not feel a person deserves our love, we are challenged to get to a point in our lives where we come from love not because someone else deserves or doesn’t deserve it but because love is all we are in ourselves, and therefore it is all we have to give away.
