But, dreams enact communication by a different process than our regular waking way of making sense of things. the Two Routes There are two kinds of ways to process information and within our experience, this is the same as having two languages. But usually we have access to only one. The language of the day-time processing is one kind, of fixed terms and definitions, direct push-pull, back-to-front, past-to-future processing to address specific tasks for a particular and defined purpose....

It is kind of a misnomer: The practices of Mental Health Philosophy because it is not really practices of a new method, but merely a calling out toward a more overt awareness of what we already do in therapeutic approaches to mental issues. I address all this in my papers and my book, Mental Health Philosophy, coming out in 2026, but the push of this is some practices that is aligned with this making over what is happening....

It is a kind of ironic misnomer because these practices are already happening.

The 20th century philosopher, Gilles Deleuze, famous as one of the big Postmodern thinkers, like many philosophers, asked what philosophy is. The very short version: Philosophy is the run from It. A quick gloss of our Deleuze-ian Reality He doesn't say that philosophy is any sort of running. He says that a philosopher's job is to create concepts, ideas. He even goes so far as to suggest that we are never really reflecting on anything, that indeed the machine of Being merely makes ideas and lives within them....
